Eligibility for Returns:
- You may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase date.
- To be eligible for a refund, you must not have completed more than 20% of the training program.
- Refund requests made after 14 days from the purchase date or after significant use of the program content will not be honored.

Processing the Refund:

Non-Refundable Items:
- Any downloadable materials, completed training modules, or personalized consultations that have been fully accessed are non-refundable.
